A slow start to the trading week, as bond yields eased in the US and the US Dollar looked to regain some lost ground. The EUR fell back to 1.1650, while the GBP drifted back towards 1.3600. Fears over a bond market explosion were sidelined, while markets will look to the Central Bankers meeting at Jackson Hole later in the week, to address concerns.Commodity currencies were softer, with the AUD falling below 0.7150, while the NZD traded around 0.5950. Markets remain nervous and will be looking at inflation and growth readings in economic data releases, during the week.
